Notes: I have a fluke 105 Series II scope whose LCD has become very faint. Even at full contrast the LCD stays faint. I have tried cleaning the elastomeric contacts but that has not helped. Notes: I run a free-access FTP site which contains archives of firmware, documentation, and software for Tektronix, HP/Agilent, and other test gear and equipment considered to be "obsolete" and "no longer supported" by the respective manufacturers.

The site itself is over 26 gigs in size (though I will grant that not all of that is dedicated to Tek/HP/Other test gear), and continues to grow. Anonymous FTP login is supported, using 'anonymous' for the user ID, and your E-mail address for the password.

Please note: You're better off using a "true" FTP client program than a web browser. Web browsers, especially InterNot Exploiter, add overhead that will actually slow the transfer.

I am a user of, and would highly recommend, 'WS_FTP.' It can be obtained from many sources at no cost, including http://tucows.com.

CONTRIBUTIONS to the archive are always welcome, subject to the following limitations.

Firmware (EPROM and PAL) image files must be for equipment that is considered 'OBSOLETE' and/or 'NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION' by its manufacturer. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Software: Same limitation applies, with the caveat that it will be accepted if the same file(s) are freely available from the specific manufacturer's web site.
Documentation: Must either be for "obsolete" gear, or freely available from the manufacturer's web site, or similar permission (implied or otherwise) must be present before it will be posted.

Notes: I recently bought this used lock-in amplifier on e-bay. It worked well for a month or so, but now I have a 'reference low' error no matter what I change, and no locking. Manufacturer manual (www.signalrecovery.com) will cost as much as I paid for the instrument, and one manual on e-bay a while back cost a similar amount. A CIRCUIT DIAGRAM would be a major step forward. Also, advice on how to change from internal to external (from a chopper) reference would be useful - lock-in amp. has these options but I'm not sure how to switch between them, I had been using the internal ref. successfully. Tell me how many pages there are. Someone said it is about 140 pages, whereas my copy is only 45. Yet the index only goes to page 44, so I doubt mine is incomplete. Any help clarifying it would be appreciated
Scan the page showing the instrument - check that PDF and you will see half of the instrument is missing around page 2
Scan the page at the back showing the pullout quick reference cards

This would allow a better copy to be produced.
